Steps of gaining Turkish Citizenship or Residency

After completing the process of Buying Online, if you are interested to gain Turkish Citizenship or Residency also Premium Real Estate Group  can handle it for you easily and FREE OF CHARGE as following

  1. Prepare the requested personal papers for you or your family.
  2. Sending a Power of Attorney for applying in the name of you or your family.
  3. After completing the process that takes approximately around 90 days, you can simply continue the process of Passports directly at the Turkish Consulate in your country.

After you will get your copy of Title Deed, you can simply check it in E-government online and directly from the government website that shows all details, or by Turkish Consulate in your country.

Yes, you can register the unit under your name with your family or partners in the same time by sharing and unlimited persons.

After making the reservation, we will send you the sale contract by Email, you will sign it and return it back by Email or by Post with simple Power of Attorney especially to allow us buying under your name, the construction company will sign it and we will stamp it from Notary as well, then we will return it back to you.

In general, the sale contract will be in Turkish Lira, as it is for your benefits to gain the profit of exchange rates, but if you prefer to do it by US Dollar we can do it for you in some projects.
